One of the major projects that been accomplished is the skeleton and Façade of ''Al-Rajhi HQ Building'' in King Fahad road at Riyadh, KSA. This has been a large project for us and this office move is of significant importance to our Company and our employees. KMC is a construction and project management company hired by Baitek Real-estate Company to manage the residential compound in Jubail from design phase till handing over the project to the client. Among the construction and steel suppliers in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, we have selected Damas Steel due to their competency in technical support and in the construction services. Damas is one of the best contractors we've worked with. The entire team tactfully delivered a project of exceptional quality while staying on schedule and under budget. We wanted to take a minute to express our gratitude towards Damas's team. Aryaf BakeryRenovation was an extremely complicated improvement project due to the historical designation of the building and the challenges of working in a building that is 100+ years old. Damas team overcame many obstacles with a proactive approach and completed the project on schedule and within budget. Everyone that was involved in Aryaf Bakery Renovation was very professional, knowledgeable and managed the owners expectations very well. An important aspect of the project was that when Damas built this structure for us, we had to deactivate a very important part of our production line in order to have them perform the work. We determined that we only had a three month window during our slow season; we gave Damas the tight deadline to work with and they actually completed the 60,000 sq.mbuilding, with offices, 10 days early. They did everything they said they were going to do and came through ahead of time and on budget.

This is to highlight our appreciation to Damas Steel for tremendous efforts in the procurement and quality supply and installation of Dhahran Expansion 500 Villa Project in Dammam, KSA. Your dedication and determination was a key factor to the success of this phase of the work.
